What is the NextGen: Immersion Program?

This immersive experience is designed to introduce students to the wide range of tertiary pathways leading to rewarding careers in mining. Whether you're interested in engineering, environmental science, technology, or business, this program will give you a firsthand look at the industry, the people, and the opportunities available.

When will the NextGen: Immersion Program take place?

This program will be held from 8-10 April 2025.  Please ensure you are available on these dates prior to submitting your interest.

Who Should Apply?

• Current Grade 10 Student
• Local to the Emerald region
• Curious about a tertiary career in mining and eager to explore the possibilities of working in a dynamic and innovative industry
• Available to participate in the program between 8-10 April 2025
