Graduate Program Opportunities
As part of our two-year program, Graduates receive the best development possible by being hands-on and contributing to operations from day one.
This program is designed to develop and grow our future leaders, providing a structured and immersive experience.
During the program, we focus on enhancing leadership and management skills while equipping you with practical industry knowledge.
Graduates rotate through multi-disciplined teams to gain maximum exposure to our business. These rotations are residentially based at our site, offering diverse experiences and insights.
We understand the importance of community in the workplace, so we offer plenty of opportunities to build your internal networks through social activities. To support your transition, we provide options for free company housing for the first three months, or ongoing affordable company housing.
Mentoring is a key component of our program. Within the first weeks, Graduates are paired with a mentor who will offer coaching and guidance as they navigate through rotations and transition into a post-program role.
Vacation Student Opportunities
Kestrel offers Vacation Students the opportunity to join our team in a paid role for up to 12 weeks during the summer holidays.
During Vacation Program placement, students are assigned a project, along with day-to-day activities, providing them with opportunities to showcase current knowledge and skills, while gaining hands-on experience.
Students are paired with a buddy who will offer guidance, and also have consistent access to a site leader, to ensure they receive every opportunity during their time with the Kestrel team.
